Once your package leaves Lanham, Maryland to go to your country, the US postal office website typically do not provide detailed updates thereafter. For that reason, we recommend that you contact your local custom or postal office in your country, so they can provide you with additional information regarding your package.
Additionally, please note that some countries charges additional custom fees and may hold your package until the fee is remitted. Please be advised that we have no control over the fee charged (if any) and we are also not responsible for packages held by customs.
Lastly, once your product is shipped, please allow 10-14 business days for it to arrive in your country.
